This series was born from a fleeting street encounter—a spontaneous compliment to an elderly woman that moved her to tears. Her reaction revealed a painful truth: society often stops seeing women after a certain age.
Through these portraits, I aim to challenge that erasure, honoring the grace, resilience, and beauty of older women too often overlooked. Each image is a quiet act of resistance—a tribute to lives lived, stories carried, and presence reclaimed. It's a call to rethink age, visibility, and the value we place on women beyond the roles they were once expected to play.
